When configured in a specific way, GPT models can power conversational chatbot applications like ChatGPT. Training data also suffers from algorithmic bias, which may be revealed when ChatGPT responds to prompts including descriptors of people. These upgrades are particularly relevant for the new Bing with ChatGPT, which Microsoft confirmed has been secretly using GPT-4.
