OAuth Consent Flow Tutorial for Google Team Review

I have prepared this step-by-step guide to demonstrate how OAuth is implemented in our Google Sheets add-on, Bulk Order Manager with Google Sheets – Auto Invoicing & PDFs. This will help you verify the consent flow and test its functionality.

Installation & Setup

To begin, install the add-on on a Google Sheet. Once installed, follow the steps below to connect it with a website and fetch orders.

Step 1: Connect the Website to the Add-on

1. Open the Google Sheet where the add-on is installed.
2. Navigate to:
   Bulk Order Manager with Google Sheets – Auto Invoicing & PDFs > Setup

3. Enter the website URL:
   Website: https://plugins.nmdevteam.com

4. Auth Code: authcode_g5fkwSrT7j4LmbSvEzPFNBbi

5. Click Finish to complete the connection process.
6. Close the Setup Wizard once the connection is successful.

Step 2: Fetching Orders

After connecting the website, you can now fetch orders from the store:

1. Go to:
   Bulk Order Manager with Google Sheets – Auto Invoicing & PDFs > Fetch Orders
2. Set the date range:
   • From: Select a date near August 1, 2025
   • To: Select Current Date
   • Enable Override option if needed.

3. Click Fetch Orders to retrieve the latest order data.

Step 3: Generating PDFs for Orders

Once the orders are fetched, follow these steps to generate PDF invoices and shipping slips:

1. Go to:
   Bulk Order Manager with Google Sheets – Auto Invoicing & PDFs > Generate PDF

2. Click Generate Invoice or Generate Slip to start processing the PDFs.

3. The add-on will generate the PDFs and store them in Google Drive.
